How to request and complete a return.
Contact customer service before sending a product back. The return must follow the process below and arrive within the stated thirty-day period.

Contact customer service by phone or email at support@shopblushora.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the package
Place the RMA number on your package. After receiving the prepaid return label, print it and attach it securely to the outside of the shipping package.
Send the product back
Send the opened or unopened product to the fulfillment center address shown on this page. The product must arrive within thirty (30) days of receiving the order.
Refund processing
Once the fulfillment center receives the package and confirms the return information, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After the refund is issued, it may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
